CX836 Personal Assistant needed to support a 11-year-old Boy

Personal Assistant (Reference: CX836)

Hours: 4 hours each Saturday. Location: HU9 area. Pay: £12.71 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Support an active 11‑year‑old boy, engaging him in outdoor activities including park visits, building dens, cinema, bowling, football, and meals.
• Help with leisure activities at home such as tablet use, gaming, YouTube, music, and rapping.
• Build and maintain a positive relationship, be kind, patient, and confident while handling situations that arise.
• Assist with daily tasks and support his routine.

Qualifications & Experience

• Reasonably fit and active, able to accompany the boy in outdoor settings.
• Experience working with children with autism, ADHD, or challenging behaviour is advantageous.
• Must be trustworthy and able to pass DSCheck.

Requirements

• Approval from Disclosure & Barring Service (DSCheck) is required.

To be successfully employed, the candidate must be able to pass the Disclosure & Barring Service check. The cost of the check will be paid by the local authority/employer.
