Job Description Summary
Responsible for preparing proposals and bids, leading contract negotiations, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, and assessing commercial risks. The role directly contributes to the team's ability to meet service, quality, and delivery objectives while adhering to commercial policies and guidelines. It operates with a significant degree of autonomy in achieving commercial goals within established budgets and frameworks, including the authority to negotiate and execute commercial agreements. Strong commercial acumen and sound judgment are essential to effectively manage risks and drive successful business outcomes.
Your Role And Responsibilities
- You will develop a market assessment & commercialization strategy and produce quarterly market share analysis, pricing analysis, and competitive deep‑dive analysis to identify product and marketing/commercial opportunities for profitable growth.
- You will develop a deep understanding of clinical and industry trends in the segment, perform product & service economic analysis, and support portfolio diversification strategies.
- You will lead NPI launch plans and develop business cases in collaboration with Product Managers and marketing plans with Regional Marketing Leaders.
- You will develop impactful value propositions for assigned products/offers/services, based on customers’ main clinical, operational and economic challenges, unmet needs, buying criteria, and personas.
- You will lead the development of Global Go‑To‑Market strategy, including dedicated campaigns, and influence the Regional marketing strategy to gain price and grow market share.
- You will define solid evidence generation plans required to support our Value Propositions and work closely with KOLs, global & regional clinical teams, and research teams.
- You will develop close collaboration with Key Opinion Leaders and leverage them as ambassadors of GE HC’s solutions, building thought leadership and generating awareness through customers’ experience.
- You will work in close collaboration with IGS & ICAR counterparts to develop a compelling Value Proposition, evidence generation, and sales tools for GEHC CVIS integrated solutions.
- You will interpret simple internal and external business challenges and recommend best practices to improve products, processes or services.
- You will collaborate with Global Marcom Mgr & Regional Marketing Mgrs to develop campaigns that lead to customer behavior change, leveraging new channels and digital strategies.
- Use high level of judgment to make decisions and handle complex tasks or problems.
- Offer new solutions to problems outside set parameters and provide recommendations.
- May lead functional teams or projects with minimal resources, risk, and/or complexity, communicating difficult concepts and influencing others.
Your Profile
- Educational level comparable to a Master's degree or a high school diploma with relevant experience.
- Significant experience in marketing management & new product launches.
- Marketing experience in upstream or downstream roles, including market analysis, customer insights, product launch, business development, and branding.
- Experience in global and regional product marketing.
- Experience managing an international brand in the healthcare/MedTech industry.
- Sound clinical expertise in interventional cardiology (devices and/or imaging).
- Knowledge across product lines, markets, sales processes, or customer groups; strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking.
- Strong analytical and process skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English; very good interpersonal and leadership skills.
