Semji in Lyon seeks a Team Leader of Customer Success to transform vision into daily reality for 500+ clients. You will lead a high-performing team of CSMs, ensuring tools, coaching, and processes drive value realization and high GRR.
You will own adoption of GEO and AI Agent features, refine playbooks, monitor usage metrics, and maintain a structured feedback loop with Product and Engineering. Fluent French and English required; hybrid work: 2 days remote.
