Customer Success SIRH Mid-Market Junior

Job Overview

Lucca is an HR software platform. The role is within the Customer Success team dedicated to companies with less than 250 staff. You will assist TPE/PME clients in implementation, adoption, and usage of our solutions in France and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead project deployment and onboarding: kick‑off, audit, configuration, training, testing, and production launch.
• Run client support: assist administrators on configuration, advanced questions, and bug resolution.
• Participate in side‑projects to improve deployment practices and the client journey.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a top engineering or business school.
• Experience in project management and willingness to take the lead on initiatives.
• Strong communication skills and customer focus.
• Curiosity, enjoyment of applying digital solutions in businesses, and willingness to test and learn.
• Fluency in English (C1).
• Team mentality and willingness to commit fully to client satisfaction.
