Customer Success Partner
The Customer Success Partner engages with SAP’s customers to drive and accelerate value realization, ensuring business outcomes through consumption of purchased solutions and success service entitlements. They manage resources, execute activities for designated accounts, develop post‑sales account strategies, define and execute outcome success plans (adoption & consumption), maintain account relationships, mitigate issues, serve as escalation point, and opportunistically expand solutions or services through lead generation. They drive success across the LACE cycle.
Core Tasks
- Develop and implement account strategies and consumption plans that drive customer outcomes, leading to renewal of subscriptions or payment for maintenance.
- Build trusted relationships with customers to support value‑based consumption activities.
- Monitor SLA performance and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Engage with Global Customer Success Centers to leverage expertise throughout the lifecycle.
- Leverage data & tools to track and manage targeted adoption and consumption activities, including Relationship Assessments and Outcome Success Plans.
- Act as primary point of escalation for account issues.
- Contribute to library of success plays and best practices to grow SAP’s ability to drive customer success.
- Identify expansion opportunities at customers to grow SAP footprint.
Requirements
- Experience in ERP project implementation or as project lead.
- Project management skills and certifications.
- Deep knowledge of business models, strategies, and line‑of‑business processes.
- Expertise in buying center/lines of business domains (finance, procurement, supply chain).
- Fluency in English and French.
