Customer Success Manager — French & Spanish Markets (Remote)

Spendesk is seeking a Customer Success Manager to be the trusted partner for our French and Spanish-speaking customers. You will own a portfolio, help them adopt Spendesk, renew subscriptions and grow usage over time, working with Account Managers, Product, Marketing and Support to deliver an outstanding customer experience across two strategic markets.

The role is open in Paris and Barcelona. You will build strong relationships, guide onboarding, monitor health and identify upsell opportunities
