Customer Success Manager - France Paris, Marseille ·
Grow one of our biggest accounts in a new market
Telavox is a fast‑growing digital telco that combines the reliability of telecom with the agility of SaaS. We are searching for a Customer Success Manager who will own the daily commercial relationship with one of our operator partners in France.
About the job
You will set the roadmap, guide in pricing and packaging, enable sales, run launches and delivery trainings. Your mission is to help our partner succeed, win, onboard and grow their customers on our platform. You sit at the intersection of sales, product and operations, being the partner’s voice inside Telavox and vice versa.
What you’ll do
- Own the growth of the account and deliver a step‑change in the number of end users the partner brings to Telavox.
- Help set pricing and packaging for direct end‑customer sales and wholesale/indirect channels, including new categories like AI.
- Lead go‑to‑market execution for product launches: positioning, messaging, sales enablement and market activation.
- Drive commercialization of our AI product suite with this partner, from concept to revenue.
- Manage the prioritization process between the commercial side and product & engineering, replacing ad‑hoc requests with structured, strategy‑led planning.
- Equip the partner’s sales organization with the positioning, training and materials they need to sell in French.
- Build and maintain a map of key stakeholders on both sides.
Location: Paris/Marseille. Travel: 30‑60 days a year.
About you
You possess a strategist’s mindset with an operator’s hands‑on approach, are able to set direction and deliver it yourself, and are fluent in French and English at a business level.
You have deep knowledge of the French B2B market, strong understanding of B2B SaaS pricing, packaging and channel economics, and can make calls that shape real revenue at scale.
You communicate effectively with senior leaders, product managers and sales teams, and can speak technical enough to engage engineering.
You thrive in ambiguity, building structures where formal authority is thin.
