Bloomflow is the SaaS platform that helps large organizations structure, run and accelerate their innovation programs. We're a team of entrepreneurs building for entrepreneurs: our clients are the innovation leaders of major international groups across EMEA.

The role

You'll own a portfolio of Enterprise accounts, from onboarding to renewal. Beyond ensuring client satisfaction, we're looking for someone with a commercial mindset: building lasting relationships with senior stakeholders, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and feeling comfortable in negotiations.

What you'll do

  • Own strategic Enterprise accounts end-to-end: onboarding, adoption, expansion, renewal
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, hand-in-hand with Account Managers
  • Drive implementations and change management within large organizations
  • Monitor account health through KPIs, anticipate risks, act fast
  • Build AI-powered automations to scale how our CS team works. We want you to reinvent the job, not just do it

Who we're looking for

This posting is in English on purpose: you'll work with both French and English-speaking clients, so full fluency in both languages is required (a third language is a plus).

  • 3 to 6 years in Customer Success, Account Management or Sales in B2B SaaS
  • Client-first and hands-on : above all, you're there for your clients. You're comfortable with the operational side of the job: reportings, stats, presentations, business reviews
  • Strategic understanding : you quickly grasp your clients' strategy and challenges, and you know how to propose the solution that fits them best
  • Commercial mindset : you understand complex B2B sales cycles and you're comfortable identifying and discussing growth opportunities with your clients
  • Tech-comfortable : you're at ease with technical tools and act as the bridge between your clients and our Product and Tech teams to shape the right solutions
  • Entrepreneurial experience is a strong plus: you've started something, side project or company, and it shows in how you operate: proactive, fast, ownership by default
  • AI-curious, hands-on : you already use AI tools to automate parts of your work, and you want to push that much further
