Customer Success Manager – Commercial & Midmarket (Hybrid)

AB Tasty is seeking a Customer Success Manager – Commercial/Midmarket in Paris to own a portfolio of commercial and midmarket accounts, unlock value from the VWO/AB Tasty platform, and drive adoption, retention, and expansion revenue. You will partner with Sales, Product, and Support to ensure client success and growth.

You will manage relationships, lead business reviews and onboarding journeys, and work with a cross-functional team to maximize customer outcomes in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
