Customer Success Manager - 6 months Fixed term contract

As a Customer Success Manager , your main mission is to develop trustworthy relationships with clients and ensure they are successful in achieving their business goals with our products and services.

Scope & Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted partner for your clients to help them achieve Employer Branding & Recruitment objectives after onboarding.
• Monitor product adoption to ensure clients derive maximum value.
• Partner with clients on all employer branding and hiring topics, leveraging your expertise.
• Identify needs and propose solutions that add value and can create upsell opportunities.
• Facilitate the implementation of proposals and follow up to measure impact.
• Anticipate and prevent potential sources of dissatisfaction by building tailored success plans to mitigate churn.
• Advocate for client needs by collecting, prioritizing, and sharing feedback internally to improve product, pricing, and processes.

First, you will experience our corporate onboarding process, which includes discovering all of our teams and projects, and then a dedicated onboarding for the Customer Management team and your role (demos, phone pitch, documentation). The goal is to provide you with all the necessary keys to reach your targets.

Qualifications

• You have between 3 and 7 years of experience in customer success or account management, preferably in a SaaS business.
• You are customer‑centric and comfortable identifying business opportunities.
• You have a strong analytical mindset and can assess a client’s situation based on available data.
• You are organized, meticulous, and responsive .
• You possess strong written and verbal communication skills .
• You speak and write both French and English fluently .
• Previous experience in HR/Tech environments is a plus .
