Job Overview
Scaleway is looking for a Customer Success Manager Intern to support CSMs in daily interactions with clients and improve customer processes. The internship begins July 2026 in Paris.
Responsibilities
- Organise, prepare and participate in customer meetings alongside CSMs, especially with start‑ups.
- Write meeting summaries and ensure follow‑up actions are clearly identified.
- Contribute to cross‑functional projects to improve CSM processes and tools.
- Analyze customer feedback and help improve customer data quality.
- Support the team in using CSM tools and dashboards for customer monitoring.
Qualifications
Hard skills
- Currently a Master’s student (M1 or M2) in a business school or engineering school.
- Good communication skills, ability to structure information and produce clear written summaries.
- Analytical skills, able to tell a story from data.
- First experiences through school projects, internships, or student jobs.
- Strong interest in customer relationship management and the tech/cloud ecosystem.
- Comfortable working with digital tools such as Slack, Google Workspace, CRM tools (Salesforce is a plus).
Soft skills
- Curious and eager to learn.
- Interested and engaged in understanding customer needs.
- Good listening skills.
- Open‑minded and collaborative.
- Organised and reliable.
