We are looking for an experienced Customer Success Lead to join a fast-growing technology company expanding across Europe.
This is a player-coach role , combining hands-on ownership of enterprise accounts with management of a small team (2x CSMs) , with a clear path toward full people leadership as the team scales.
Based in Paris (hybrid working) , you will work with enterprise clients across France and international markets .
You can either come from a Senior Customer Success background or a Management background.
What You’ll Do
- Own key enterprise accounts , driving retention, renewals, and expansion
- Build trusted relationships with senior and C-level stakeholders
- Run business reviews and strategic success plans
- Lead and develop a team of 2 Customer Success Managers
- Coach, support, and help scale the CSM function as the team grows
- Partner with Sales, Product, and Support to improve customer outcomes
- Act as a customer advocate , feeding insights into product and strategy
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years experience in Customer Success within a SaaS/tech environment
- Strong track record in enterprise account management, retention, and growth
- Some people management or mentoring experience preferred
- Confident working with C-level stakeholders
- Strong consultative and commercial mindset
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce or similar)
- Based in or willing to work hybrid in Paris
