Implicity is seeking a student for a 4‑to‑6 month internship, starting immediately or by September. The internship focuses on supporting the Customer Success Team under the direct supervision of Julie, providing valuable assistance with customer follow‑up, reporting, training and process improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer follow‑up and support, including reporting, database updates and presentation creation.
  • Assist with customer visits and internal meetings to understand commercial and relational stakes.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, guiding them on platform usage.
  • Assist in preparing training materials and usage guides for customers.
  • Participate in cross‑functional projects to improve internal processes and operational efficiency of the Customer Success team.
  • Identify opportunities for tool and method improvements to make customer support more scalable.
  • Collect and synthesize customer feedback to relay to the Product team.

Background

Student (Bachelor's or Master's degree) in Business, Finance, Analytics or Engineering.

Skills and Qualities

  • Strong interest in the healthcare sector and/or technology (software/SaaS).
  • Technical understanding and aptitude for learning software systems.
  • Clear communication and interpersonal skills, able to explain technical concepts.
  • Strong analytical skills, capable of analyzing processes, identifying optimisation areas and making data‑driven decisions.
  • Empathetic and customer‑centric mindset.
  • Proactive, organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Strong work ethic, acting with integrity, honesty and fairness.
  • A thoughtful team player who seeks the success of colleagues.

Salary and Benefits

  • Compensation between €800 and €1200, based on level of education and experience.
  • Luncheon voucher: €9 (50 % employer).
  • Transport: 50 % of pass or sustainable mobility pass.

Remote Work & Location

  • Three days per week of remote work after the first six weeks.
  • Location: 29 rue du Louvre, 75002, Paris.
