Your Role

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Customer Success Specialist to achieve sales and profitability targets for our digital offerings (software, hardware, and devices) in Italy. You will support Field Sales in pre‑sales activities, provide product training, and proactively visit prospects and customers to sell software solutions.

Your Impact

  • Achieve sales and profitability targets for our digital offerings (software, hardware, and devices).
  • Refocus on the promotion and sales of digital solutions and consulting services.
  • Actively contribute to equipment and services sales.
  • Support Field Sales in pre‑sales activities, providing product training on our Wellness Network offering.
  • Define a list of prospects and customers to proactively visit and sell software solutions, regardless of existing equipment opportunities.
  • Act as enablers of overall Country revenue growth.
  • Educate and activate customers through e‑learning, live education, and tutoring to ensure the highest usage of the Mywellness platform and maximize active users.
  • Build best practices based on successful customer case histories to demonstrate the value of our digital solution offering.
  • Provide reliable and structured forecast and pipeline management.
  • Promote and plan initiatives to maximize customer satisfaction.

About You

Ideally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down‑to‑earth and ethical. Experience of, or a proven interest in the fitness industry is highly desirable, along with excellent account management/solution selling/strategic thinking/relationship skills.

What you should bring:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital sales or a related field.
  • Excellent English proficiency and strong knowledge of digital products and market trends.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing sales processes.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to conduct market analysis and benchmarking.
  • Demonstrated project management and goal orientation abilities.
  • Experience in coordinating cross‑functional teams and managing customer relationships.
  • Excellent negotiation and sales techniques.Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
