Customer Success & Development Manager
Join us as a CS&D Manager and take ownership of a large portfolio of client groups, driving activation, retention, and revenue growth for Qonto's largest volume segment. You'll work at the intersection of data, relationship management, and commercial impact, using AI-powered dashboards and Salesforce signals to stay one step ahead of your clients — all under the guidance of Guillermo, our CS&D Team Lead.
What you'll do
- Own a high-volume client portfolio end-to-end: You’ll drive account activation, retention, and revenue growth across Qonto's largest and most strategic client segment.
- Turn data signals into action: You’ll work from CRM alerts and AI-powered dashboards daily — moving fast on the accounts that need you most, before they slip.
- Keep clients active, engaged, and growing: You’ll balance reactive problem-solving with proactive outreach, making sure every account stays healthy and every revenue opportunity gets seized.
- Run commercial campaigns that convert: You’ll design and execute targeted outreach initiatives — credit offers, product adoption pushes, payment conversion — and see them through to results.
- Help build something from the ground up: The portfolio management approach is still young — you’ll shape the playbooks and processes that define how this team operates at scale.
What we’re looking for
- Customer focus: You put clients at the centre of every decision — you listen actively, anticipate needs, and treat every interaction as an opportunity to build trust and long-term loyalty.
- Portfolio-scale experience: You’ve managed large volumes of client accounts in a B2B context — fintech, banking, B2B SaaS, or a similar environment.
- Data-driven execution: You’re comfortable using CRM signals and analytics dashboards to prioritize and act — you let the data guide you.
- Commercial mindset: You’ve grown revenue from existing accounts through outreach, product adoption, and upsell — reactive support isn’t enough for you.
- Composure under pressure: You’ve handled difficult account situations (suspensions, churn risk, escalations) and stayed calm, solutions-focused, and professional.
- AI-native approach: You already use AI tools to work smarter — whether to draft outreach, analyse data, or find patterns in your portfolio.

Your future manager
You will report to Guillermo Cordoba who leads the CS&D team at Qonto. He builds the team across two cities and is focused on turning portfolio management into one of Qonto's key commercial levers. He provides context and tools, then trusts the team to execute.
