Customer Service Sales Manager H/F (Anglais courant)

bManager Commercial – Service Client (Aftermarket)

Location: Paris, Lyon or Chartres. The role requires frequent travel across France and Europe.

Responsabilites

• Develop Customer Service sales within the installed French and European fleet.
• Identify, promote and develop opportunities related to spare parts, modernization, upgrades, format parts, training, technical audits, maintenance contracts and associated services.
• Act as the primary commercial contact for clients within the assigned scope.
• Analyze the installed machine fleet to identify growth potentials.
• Leverage new artificial intelligence solutions, notably Microsoft Office 365 + Copilot and company‑approved tools, to enhance analysis efficiency, client visit preparation, report generation and opportunity tracking.
• Collaborate closely with Customer Service, Engineering and Operations teams.

Qualifications

• Graduation from Bac +3 to Bac +5 in commerce, engineering or industrial maintenance.
• 5‑10 years of solid experience managing a client portfolio and driving customer satisfaction in an industrial setting (automatic machines, mechatronics, mechanics, automation) or in Customer Service activities (aftermarket).
• Knowledge of the cosmetic‑pharmaceutical market is a real plus.
• Field‑orientated, challenge‑driven, capable of driving the activity and customer satisfaction, dynamic sales (upsell, retrofit, maintenance contracts).
• Strong analytical skills and on‑site presence to successfully execute the mission.
• Strong mobile propensity and proficiency in English.

Remuneration comprises a fixed salary (€50‑60k) and a variable component (15%) plus other benefits.
