Role Overview
We are looking for a Client Success Specialist with a flair for real estate to act as the primary point of contact for our French-speaking investors in Thailand.
Unlike a traditional \"hard-sales\" role, this position focuses on premium support, trust-building, and seamless coordination .
You will guide prestigious clients through their investment journey, ensuring they feel supported from their first inquiry to the moment they receive their keys.
Key Responsibilities
Bespoke Client Concierge: Act as the dedicated advisor for French-speaking leads. Listen to their investment goals and provide tailored property selections in Bangkok and across Thailand.
End-to-End Support: Manage the entire client relationship cycle. You aren't just selling; you are navigating the complexities of Thai real estate on their behalf.
Transaction Coordination: Liaise between the client, property developers, and legal teams. Ensure all documentation is clear, translated (mentally or formally), and that the process remains stress-free for the investor.
Virtual & Physical Showings: Organize and conduct high-end property tours—whether in person in Bangkok or via immersive video calls for overseas clients.
Post-Sale Relationship: Maintain contact after the transaction to assist with handover, property management transitions, and ensuring long-term client satisfaction (referral-based mindset).
Candidate Profile
Linguistic Mastery: Native or Bilingual French is mandatory. Professional fluency in English is required to coordinate with local Thai developers and legal partners.
