Vos missions
The job will consist of :
Corresponding with z
Chocolat clients via email and phone
Taking orders over the phone
Dealing with complaints, DHL online delivery tracking, customs problems etc
Responding to comments left by clients online (Facebook, Trustpilot…)
Update client information on the site where necessary
Assisting other departments (Customer Service and Logistics) during peak seasons
Vos compétences
Respect the Z values : the client must be 100% satisfied. Adaptability, implication, reactivity, stress management.
An appreciation of group work, knowing how to manage stress and urgency during peak season.
Understanding of online tools and the internet
Customer service at Z receives few genuine contentious complaints but for each a number of emails or calls are required to guide the client through the specifics of their order and their delivery tracking.
90% of genuine disputes are linked to the delivery and customs. Therefore we are in contact with DHL customer service.
