Role Overview:

• Handle customer queries via phone, chat & email in French
• Provide accurate information and resolve issues with empathy
• Log cases in CRM systems, follow-up, and track outcomes
• Collaborate with team members to maintain service quality

Candidate Profile:

• Fluent/C2 French + B2 English proficiency
• Strong communication & problem-solving skills
• Willing to relocate to Portugal
• Customer service or hospitality experience is a plus
• EU passport or Portuguese residency card (must have)
• Flight reimbursement (up to 400 after 6 months) Studio in Lisbon or Porto (280/month incl. bills, deducted from payslip)
