Your Role:

• Connect with customers via phone, chat & email in French
• Solve problems with empathy, accuracy, and a smile
• Keep track of cases in our CRM and follow through until resolution
• Work closely with teammates to keep service top-notch

What You Bring:

• Excellent communication & problem-solving abilities
• Ready to relocate to Portugal
• Customer service or hospitality experience is a bonus
• EU passport or Portuguese residency card
