Customer Service Advisor

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service while meeting performance and service quality targets
• Inform, advise, and assist customers while following established procedures
• Act as a brand ambassador and promote Air France products and services, as well as those of airline and non-airline partners
• Build customer loyalty and foster strong customer relationships
• Upsell and generate additional sales

Requirements

• Comfortable speaking with customers by phone, with strong verbal communication skills, responsiveness, and a team‑oriented attitude
• Experience in customer service and/or in the travel, hospitality, or food service sectors is a plus
• Active listening, empathy, enthusiasm, and emotional self‑control are required for this role
• Comfortable using office software and basic computer tools
