Customer Relationship Manager(Banking Dept)

You are going to join the Banking Department of BOC Paris Branch as a Customer Relationship Manager.
Both Individual customer and Corporate customer relationship management
- Develop and maintain target individual and corporate clients, expanding the base of mid-to-high-net-worth individual customers and effectif corporate customers.
- Promote a full range of banking products and services, including:Retail banking (deposits, cross-border financial services, RMB-related services, etc.) . Corporate banking (account opening, cross-border settlement, cash management, etc.).
- Identify clients’ comprehensive financial needs and drive synergies between corporate and retail banking to achieve cross-selling and maximize client value.
- Design and implement tailored financial solutions and marketing strategies based on client profiles.
- Monitor market trends, industry developments, and evolving client needs to continuously optimize client engagement strategies.
Client Acquisition & Synergistic Business Development
- Expand local Chinese and French corporate client base, while also developing financial relationships with high-net-worth individuals.
- Leverage personal client networks to identify and develop potential corporate clients, creating integrated client ecosystems.
- Participate in business development activities, client meetings, and project execution to enhance market presence.
Client Relationship Management & Channel Development
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients to enhance loyalty and satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain local partnerships (chambers of commerce, industry associations, Chinese enterprises, etc.).
- Organize and participate in client engagement events (seminars, forums, workshops) to strengthen brand visibility and client interaction.
Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure strict adherence to French regulatory requirements and internal compliance policies (KYC, AML, etc.).
- Maintain high standards of operational compliance and proactively identify and mitigate business risks.
- Complete client documentation, business records, and system data entry in a timely and accurate manner.
Your qualifications are :
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in banking or financial services (excluding internships and apprenticeships); experience in either corporate or retail banking is preferred.
- Fluency in both Chinese and French; English proficiency is a plus.
