Job Description

You join the Sales Department team as a Customer Relations Officer.

  • Promote the commercial action of bankers: making appointments, contacting clients for specific or patrimonial appointments, actively using CRM to identify uncontacted clients, preparing prospect appointment files (account openings, life insurance contracts, presentations) and clients, interface with existing customers or networks in the absence of Private Bankers;
  • Manage clients on a daily basis on behalf of private bankers: receipt of requests, privileged contact for "Account Life" operations, client contact for clarifications, update of client records (KYC) during exchanges, processing and monitoring of current operations, knowledge of banking processes and internal contacts, contribution to the completeness and transmission of files, regularization and justification of debtors and LABs via an initial analysis;
  • Ensure the daily management of the team’s life: drafting assignment orders, expense reports, preparing trips, tracking supplies, managing letters and envelopes.

This position is based at Paris with the possibility of working from home.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

With a higher education (BTS/Bank-Insurance license or equivalent), you have at least 5 to 10 years of experience in client relationship management positions in the banking and life insurance sector, ideally acquired with high-end clients. You hold the AMF certification.

  • The banking and life insurance sector;
  • The CRM operation;
  • The processing of current operations.

You have excellent interpersonal skills suited to a high-end and demanding clientele, and a very good ability to listen; you are:

  • Responsive and rigorous;
  • Resilient, able to prioritize and work effectively in demanding situations;
  • Oriented towards teamwork.

You are proficient in English with a B2 level.
