What you'll do
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of customer projects related to electric vehicle charging infrastructure, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop project scopes, objectives, and deliverables that align with client expectations and company goals.
- Monitor project progress and performance, utilizing project management tools to track milestones and identify potential risks or delays.
- Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to provide updates on project status, gather feedback, and facilitate decision-making.
- Implement best practices in project management, continuously seeking ways to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present project documentation, including proposals, reports, and post-project evaluations, to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Assist in the development of training materials and resources for clients to maximize the effective use of Wallbox products and services.
- Foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration, encouraging knowledge sharing and support among team members.
- Stay informed about industry trends, technological advancements, and competitive landscape to better serve clients and inform project strategies.
- Engage in customer feedback sessions to gather insights that can drive product improvements and service enhancements.
- Participate in trade shows and industry events to represent Wallbox and promote our solutions to potential clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in project management, engineering, business administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in the technology or renewable energy sectors.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects, with a focus on delivering results on time and within budget.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile, Scrum, or PMP certification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or Trello.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken, is essential.
Nice to have
- Experience in the electric vehicle or charging infrastructure industry is a plus.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems, such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Knowledge of sustainability practices and regulations related to electric vehicle charging.
- Previous experience working in a multicultural environment or international teams.
- Certification in Agile methodologies or Lean project management.
