Customer Marketing Specialist – Fixed-term contract

Responsibilities

• Define onboarding and upselling processes to identify opportunities.
• Manage the referral program to identify Yooz ambassadors and customer success stories to showcase.
• Identify customers who can contribute to our marketing initiatives.
• Conduct interviews and create supporting materials and content.
• Strengthen communication with our users through our communication tools.
• Plan and deliver webinars in French and English with our partners and customers.

Qualifications

• You hold a Master’s degree (Bac +5) or equivalent, with ideally initial experience in similar customer-focused roles.
• You have strong interpersonal skills, enabling you to interact with multiple stakeholders in a high-growth company environment.
• You are bilingual in English and Spanish.
