The Team You’ll Join

You’ll be part of our EMEA Customer Marketing team led by Julie, Director of Marketing. The team drives global awareness of the Mirakl brand and fuels customer base growth through compelling stories shared by strong advocates.

The team operates across three dimensions: Advocacy (marketing with customers), Community (driving adoption and retention), and Demand Generation (supporting upsells and account expansion). Customers are the North Star at the centre of everything we do.

AI and agentic workflows are core to how we operate — Dust agents, LLMs, and automation are part of our daily toolkit.

Your Impact

  • Drive customer marketing and demand campaigns : support the execution of upsell and cross‑sell campaigns in collaboration with Account Managers and the digital marketing team — shaping audiences, messaging, and content, then tracking results and reporting insights back to Customer Success and Marketing stakeholders
  • Own customer communications : contribute to monthly newsletters, product trend updates, and feature release emails, segmented by audience and region, leveraging AI for content optimisation and segmentation logic
  • Bring our customer community to life : support the planning and operational delivery of global webinars, regional EMEA events, and play a key role in executing Mirakl’s Summit World Tour across Europe
  • Power advocacy and sales enablement : organise and validate customer content (logos, dossiers, case studies), source compelling new customer stories through PR, videos, and case studies — and keep our customer knowledge base structured and searchable using AI agents
  • Champion AI‑powered ways of working : use AI tools daily (Dust, LLMs, automation platforms) to streamline reporting, content drafting, translations, and research — test new tools, share learnings with the team, and help build reusable Dust agents for Customer Marketing

What You’ll Bring to the Role

Experience:

  • Currently enrolled in a Marketing Master’s programme, seeking a 1‑year apprenticeship starting September 2026
  • A first experience in marketing, communications, or events is a strong plus
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a project or event end‑to‑end, with attention to process and detail
  • Comfortable working with campaign performance data and reporting to multiple stakeholders
  • Genuine hands‑on curiosity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Dust, or similar), with an eagerness to build and use agentic workflows in day‑to‑day work

Skills:

  • Bilingual in French and English (written and spoken); Spanish or German is a welcome bonus in our multicultural, EMEA‑scope team
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail, able to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • Creative mindset with an eye for designing compelling emails and marketing content
  • Strong interpersonal skills: comfortable collaborating across teams and representing Mirakl in a professional, positive manner
  • Data‑driven approach: able to analyse campaign results, surface insights, and communicate them clearly to stakeholders

  • French: Native or C2 level required
