About the Role

As part of the EMEA Customer Marketing team, you will drive global awareness of the Mirakl brand and fuel customer base growth through compelling stories and customer advocacy. The team focuses on Advocacy (marketing with customers), Community (adoption and retention), and Demand Generation (upsell and account expansion). Your work will be guided by AI‑powered workflows and a strong customer focus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive customer marketing and demand campaigns, shaping audiences, messaging, and content, and reporting insights to stakeholders.
  • Own customer communications, including newsletters, product trend updates, and feature release emails, using AI for content optimisation.
  • Support the planning and delivery of global webinars, regional events, and the Summit World Tour across Europe.
  • Power advocacy and sales enablement by organising customer content and sources for new stories, maintaining a searchable knowledge base with AI agents.
  • Champion AI‑powered workflows, testing new tools and building reusable agents to streamline reporting, content drafting, translations, and research.

What You’ll Bring to the Role

  • Currently enrolled in a Marketing Master's programme, seeking a 1‑year apprenticeship starting September 2026.
  • Experience in marketing, communications, or events, with demonstrated ability to manage projects end‑to‑end.
  • Comfortable working with campaign performance data and reporting to multiple stakeholders.
  • Hands‑on curiosity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Dust, or similar) and a willingness to build and use agent‑based workflows.

Skills

  • Bilingual in French and English; Spanish or German is a welcome bonus.
  • Highly organised and detail‑oriented, able to manage multiple workstreams.
  • Creative mindset for designing compelling emails and marketing content.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, collaborating across teams and representing Mirakl professionally.
  • Data‑driven approach, analysing campaign results and communicating insights clearly.

Tools & Languages

  • SalesForce, HubSpot, Canva, Figma.
  • French: Native or C2 level required.
  • English: Fluent, C2 level required.
