- Engage across multiple communication channels and adapt tone to brand guidelines.
- Resolve escalations with professionalism and empathy.
- Log cases and interactions accurately and with care.
Qualifications
- Experience in customer support (voice, email, or chat) is a big plus.
- Tech-savvy or troubleshooting experience is beneficial.
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
- Calm under pressure with a positive attitude.
- Fluent in French and English.
