Your Day-to-Day
As a Customer Experience Specialist , you’ll be the first point of contact for customers across various channels (phone, email, chat, and social media). Your mission is to deliver top-notch service, solve problems, and leave customers feeling supported and valued.
- Help customers with orders, questions, and tech issues
- Engage across multiple communication channels
- Tailor your tone and approach to match brand guidelines
- Resolve escalations with professionalism and empathy
- Log cases and interactions with accuracy and care
- Experience in customer support (voice, email, or chat) is a big plus
- Tech-savvy or have troubleshooting experience? Even better!
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Fluent in French and English
