Customer Engineer, Agentic Workplace Transformation, Google Cloud
Act as a strategic advisor to enterprise customers guiding their digital transformation journeys, proactively identifying key business processes for automation and building compelling, value-driven business cases to gain buy-in from business and technical stakeholders.
Work with customers to demonstrate and prototype Google Workspace and Gemini Enterprise product integrations in customer/partner environments.
Share in-depth Agentic Workplace Transformation expertise covering Google Workspace and Gemini Enterprise to support the technical relationship with Google Cloud’s enterprise customers, including product and solution briefings, proof-of-concept work, and the coordination and prioritization of solutions impacting customer adoption of Google Cloud.
Work with the team to identify and qualify business opportunities, identify key customer technical objections, and develop the strategy to resolve technical blockers.
Manage secondary market coverage for the EMEA South and MENAT regions.
Minimum qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.6 years of experience with cloud native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.
Experience in deployment planning, orchestration, or change management.
Experience working as a sales engineer, technical consultant, or in a customer-facing role within cloud computing, professional services, or systems engineering.
Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
Preferred qualifications:Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a technical field.
Experience with on-premise and cloud based mail delivery, routing, and filtering technologies.
Experience in mobile device management and relevant third-party integrations.
Experience with cloud security, including identity and access management (IAM), SSO, OAuth and 2-step verification.
Experience piloting or advising on complex, large-scale digital transformation initiatives, with a proven track record of identifying opportunities for business process automation and translating technical capabilities into measurable business value for executive stakeholders.
Ability to communicate in French fluently to manage client relationships in the region.
