Customer Data & Service Request Specialist

Dassault Systèmes is looking for a Customer Data Management Associate in Vélizy-Villacoublay, France. In this role, you will control and process service requests autonomously and ensure non-technical service requests are prioritized and resolved. You will also audit SIRs and define execution roadmaps.
