Customer & Commercial Manager EMEA

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Customer & Commercial Manager EMEA to lead the Sales Operations Team across JSP EMEA.

In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for defining service standards, improving operational processes, driving business performance, and ensuring excellent customer experience. Working closely with Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Finance and Operations, to ensure an efficient and customer-focused operating model.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Lead process improvement initiatives, sales analysis and budgeting activities, identifying opportunities to monetise new customer services, Specialty Particle Foams and other value-added solutions, translating customer needs into profitable growth opportunities.
• Own the customer service strategy, service levels and operational standards across different customer profiles, ensuring consistent and efficient customer experience.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration between Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Finance and Operations to enhance performance and support business objectives.
• Manage and develop the Sales Operations EMEA team, setting clear objectives, monitoring performance and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree (Bac+3/Bac+5) or equivalent qualification, in a relevant field
• Extensive experience in Customer Service, Commercial Excellence, Sales Operations or a related business function, ideally within an industrial B2B environment.
• Interest in digitalisation and continuous improvement, with experience leveraging digital tools, process automation and data-driven solutions to enhance customer service, operational efficiency and business performance.
• Proven leadership experience, with the ability to build, develop and motivate high-performing teams.
• Strong analytical and business acumen, with experience translating data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and change management skills, with the ability to drive alignment across functions and influence at all levels of the organisation.
• Collaborative leadership style with integrity and transparency.
• EMEA or international experience in a matrix organisation is a plus.
