ABOUT THE ROLE
JOB TITLE: Customer Care Assistant LOCATION: Milan or Paris (hybrid role) CONTRACT TYPE: Internship AVAILABILITY: Full-time
Your responsibilities:\n\n
Be the first point of contact for our French-speaking We
Roaders and ensure a smooth, high-quality experience before, during, and after their trip.
Manage incoming requests across different channels (email, phone, Whats
App, social media, Zendesk).
Support travelers with booking management, payments, travel documents, and last-minute requests.
Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Travel Coordinators) to deliver the best possible experience.
Support sales operations and the team when needed.
Manage FAQs, improve help center resources, and propose ideas to optimize processes.
Act as the “voice of the customer”: identify recurring issues and suggest improvements.\n\n
What we’re looking for:\n\n
Native French speaker with excellent English skills (written and spoken).
