Culinary Specialist Paris (FR) Sales & Marketing 32-40
As a Culinary Specialist you will have a key role to develop the brand & products awareness in the French HoReCa channel (both independent and chains) using your culinary skills and know-how. In this position you will be part of the FrieslandCampina Professional French team, our passionate Marketing team of 5 people (including a Pastry advisor) and an international team member of peer chefs.
The Culinary Specialist position is based in Paris region area (Le Kremlin-Bicêtre 94).
What we ask
- More than 5 years of experiences in HoReCa as a chef, affinity for pastry
- Knowledge in basic IT tools (e.g. PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Fluent French & good level of English (both written & spoken)
- Agility/flexibility on hours & working days (some demonstrations/fairs during weekend)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Driving licence

- Internal (Marketing & Sales teams) and external (Wholesalers culinary advisors, Wholesalers sales teams, Chefs commercial chains) trainings into advise marketing, sales and customers with your culinary knowledge
- Work strongly together and share a kitchen with the French Pastry advisor
- Display your culinary skills at customer demonstrations & trade fairs (national and regional)
- Support the national network (Chefs ambassadors & partners), being the linking pin of a strong network of chefs and the company
The Culinary Advisor role is to support the global business. As part of the Marketing Team, he/she works closely with the International Culinary advisors community, Sales & Marketing departments and key internal & external stakeholders to increase brand awareness, brand credibility and physical distribution of FrieslandCampina products.
