CSR SPECIALIST
Overview
We are looking for a CSR Specialist with experience in LCA and responsible sourcing. Location: Compiegne, France. Permanent contract.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to analysis and assessment of the full life cycle of existing products and processes and for new development projects
- Continuous improvement of our products portfolio (in modelling and environmental impact)
- Communicate environmental performance to internal and external partners including customers
- Contribute to responsible sourcing with
- Evaluation and engagement of suppliers to drive change for positive impact
- Responsible sourcing in high-risk raw materials (palm, soy) on deforestation, human rights and biodiversity
- Support on alternative raw materials for circularity and decarbonisation
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in chemistry or a related field
- Experience in LCA and/or responsible sourcing is advantageous
- Your analytical mind enables you to gather, analyze and organize large amounts of data
- You are collaborative and enjoy working with colleagues across departments and locations
- You are passionate about climate topics, sustainability and ecodesign
- You have strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- You are fluent in English and French; Dutch is an additional asset
- You are willing to travel occasionally (approximately 10%)
