CSA Supervisor - LNG

Responsibilities

• Supervise concrete repair works, ensuring correct execution, quality control, and compliance with project specifications.
• Monitor structural concrete and steel structure repair activities within an operating industrial facility.
• Oversee excavation, piling, and underground piping installation works, ensuring safety, quality, and adherence to engineering requirements.
• Coordinate daily with contractors, construction management, HSE, quality teams, and other discipline supervisors.
• Track construction progress, prepare reports, and support project schedule achievement.
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards, permit-to-work procedures, and French construction regulations.
• Participate in inspections, quality surveillance activities, punch lists, and final acceptance processes.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 10 years of experience supervising civil construction works in industrial projects.
• Strong experience in LNG, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Energy, or other heavy industrial environments.
• Proven experience supervising concrete repair works, excavations, piling activities, and underground piping installations.
• Experience working in brownfield environments and operating industrial facilities.
• Good knowledge of French construction regulations, Eurocodes, and related civil engineering standards.
• Strong commitment to HSE, quality, and safe execution of works.
• Experience managing contractors and coordinating multidisciplinary teams on site.
• Native or bilingual French; English is highly desirable.
