Cryogenic Propulsion AIT Lead Engineer

The Exploration Company is seeking an experienced Propulsion AIT Principal Engineer to lead the Assembly, Integration and Test activities for two cryogenic propulsion systems. This role requires strong technical leadership, hands-on engagement with test campaigns and a proven ability to mentor technical teams.

You will define AIT strategy, coordinate priorities across two teams, ensure alignment with requirements and milestones, and drive safety and quality in all propulsion tests.
