Cryogenic LNA Design for Quantum Tech & RF Modeling

Scholar Nexus invites applications for a 36-month PhD position at the Advanced Transistors Laboratory, LETI, Université Grenoble Alpes, Grenoble. The project targets cryogenic electronics for quantum computing, including RF characterization of SiGe HBTs at cryogenic temperatures and LNA optimization.

The successful candidate will perform measurements at low temperatures, develop models, and contribute to cutting-edge cryogenic circuit design. Fully funded with the deadline 30 November 2026.
