Cruise Ship Communications & Revenue Manager

Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. seeks a Communications Services Manager to oversee onboard communication revenue products, including internet, app services, and stateroom phones. You will drive sales, handle marketing initiatives, and ensure guest-facing support is prompt and effective.

You will manage the Internet Café, coordinate with IT and Guest Services, and lead training to maximize guest satisfaction and revenue across all communications packages aboard the ship.
