Description:
The Cross Programs & Cooperations Manager is responsible for shaping, coordinating and driving strategic ICT initiatives spanning multiple business domains, regions, organizations and external ecosystems.
Operating in a highly matrixed environment, the role acts as a trusted integrator between Business, Enterprise Architecture, ICT Domains, Regional Organizations and external partners, ensuring that initiatives are properly understood, scoped, designed, funded and executed in alignment with Stellantis strategic objectives and standards.
The role starts before execution begins and is expected to drive initiatives from idea and concept assessment through solution shaping, business case preparation and final delivery.
It requires the ability to understand business objectives, challenge assumptions, facilitate the definition of the most appropriate target solution, coordinate architecture and domain experts, assess implementation options and prepare realistic cost, effort and delivery evaluations supporting investment and prioritization decisions.
A fundamental mission of the role is to promote Convergence-by-Design. Convergence does not mean deploying identical ICT solutions everywhere. It means continuously identifying and advocating for the most appropriate convergent solution considering business priorities, local constraints, regulatory requirements, implementation complexity and long-term value creation for Stellantis.
The role requires strong executive presence, excellent communication skills and the ability to build and lead multidisciplinary Business and ICT teams without direct hierarchical authority. It also plays an active role in identifying and accelerating Artificial Intelligence opportunities within the programs under management.
Key responsibilities:
- Understand business drivers, operational challenges and strategic priorities behind new initiatives.
- Coordinate Business stakeholders, Enterprise Architecture and ICT Domain teams to assess alternatives and define the target solution.
- Contribute to business case preparation through realistic evaluations of costs, timelines, risks and implementation scenarios.
- Promote convergence-by-design by maximizing solution reuse, simplifying landscapes and balancing local requirements with global strategies.
- Ensure convergence principles are embedded throughout the initiative lifecycle, from concept definition totodeployment and stabilization.
- Lead planning, coordination and execution of strategic cross-program initiatives involving multiple ICT domains, business functions and regions.
- Manage milestones, dependencies, risks and delivery readiness.
- Drive execution discipline and accountability across all stakeholders involved.
- Ensure delivery of agreed business outcomes and expected benefits.
Executive Stakeholder Management
- Build trusted relationships with Business and ICT leaders across the organization.
- Interact regularly with senior leadership, including VP and SVP stakeholders.
- Facilitate alignment and decision-making across organizations with different priorities.
- Prepare clear, concise and executive-ready presentations, recommendations and governance materials.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams composed of Business, ICT and external partner resources.
- Foster collaboration across organizational boundaries and matrix structures.
- Build commitment, ownership and alignment around common objectives.
- Support conflict resolution and drive consensus when required.
Partnerships, Cooperations & Innovation
- Support ICT activities related to cooperations, partnerships and Joint Ventures.
- Ensure alignment between partner expectations, business goals and Stellantis standards.
- Identify and promote Artificial Intelligence opportunities capable of accelerating delivery, increasing efficiency and enhancing value creation.
- Contribute to the adoption of AI-enabled capabilities within the programs under management.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Master's Degree (or equivalent) in: Management Engineering or Industrial Engineering or Computer Science or Information Systems or Business Administration
Knowledge & Skills:
- Strong understanding of ICT transformation and complex program environments.
- Good understanding of Enterprise Architecture principles and solution evaluation methodologies.
- Strong understanding of ERP ecosystems (SAP preferred) and their role in large-scale business transformation programs.
- Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI opportunities and adoption patterns.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and presentation capabilities.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, facilitation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to operate effectively in highly matrixed international organizations.
- Fluent French and English.
Experience
- 5-8 years of experience in Program Management, Transformation Management or similar leadership roles.
- Track record in shaping and delivering complex initiatives spanning multiple domains, organizations and regions.
- Experience coordinating Business and ICT stakeholders without direct hierarchical authority.
- Experience engaging with executive leadership, including VP and SVP stakeholders.
- Experience in business case development, solution assessment and investment preparation before project approval.
- Exposure to international and multicultural environments.
- Experience with partnerships, Joint Ventures or large external ecosystems is a strong advantage.
- Experience identifying and applying AI-enabled opportunities within transformation initiatives is highly desirable.
