Cross-Functional Operations Lead — Projects & IT Enablement

CAPZA Group is seeking a Business Operations Officer to work with the COO and internal teams to drive cross-functional initiatives, manage projects hands-on, and ensure successful outcomes.

The role focuses on enhancing the IT platform, integrating with BNP Paribas ALTS processes, and strengthening internal processes to support scalable operations. Fluency in English and French is required, with up to three years' experience in related fields.
