Overview
CRM & Marketing Operations Assistant (Apprentice). Apprenticeship contract for 2‑year period starting September 2026, located in Clermont‑Ferrand. The role supports the central CRM team across 17+ countries, ensuring HubSpot runs smoothly, supporting local country Marketing Managers, and deploying European Playbooks.
What you will learn
- Marketing Operations: manage the backend of campaigns.
- International Coordination: drive tool adoption across cultures and markets.
- Advanced CRM Skills: go far beyond sending newsletters, managing complex automation and data models.
Responsibilities
1. Main Mission: Support & Enablement
- User support for local CRM Managers (Germany, Spain, Italy, etc.).
- Documentation and AI assistant configuration.
- Training: onboard new users, organize HubSpot demos and internal webinars.
- Community animation: assist the PO in running CRM community meetings.
2. Secondary Missions
CRM Campaign Operations & Playbook Activation
- Asset production: build master assets for European campaigns.
- Campaign implementation: support technical testing of automation workflows.
- Performance monitoring: produce and monitor CRM KPIs, analyze campaign results.
Deployment Projects
- Roll‑out support: technical setup of HubSpot for new countries.
- Data quality: monitor database health, duplicates, consent.
- Multichannel activation: support new conversational channels (RCS, WhatsApp) and SMS.
Qualifications
Education and mindset
You are preparing a Master’s degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing Automation or Data Marketing, with a problem‑solver mindset.
Hard Skills
- CRM experience: first experience using CRM or Marketing automation tools. HubSpot knowledge plus.
- AI & Innovation: appetite for AI, deliver actionable prompts for CRM community.
- Languages: French & English fluency.
- Hands‑on & data enthusiast: comfortable with data import, segmentation.
- Content creation: basic HTML knowledge, UX design notions.
Soft Skills
