Responsibilities
- Drive the optimization and scalability of the CRM: implement technical evolutions (workflows, automations, pipelines) from the roadmap and adapt HubSpot to business needs
- Ensure maintenance and responsive support: resolve internal teams' technical tickets (response < 24h), monitor CRM health, and manage QA testing
- Guarantee data quality and alignment: maintain CRM data reliability to ensure a 360-degree view of the customer
- Automate and streamline processes: identify and deploy continuous improvements through active monitoring of HubSpot updates
- Produce actionable insights and reporting: design dashboards to analyze campaign performance and provide actionable data
- Train and document: empower colleagues through training and comprehensive internal documentation
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in CRM Management or RevOps
- Mandatory expertise in HubSpot
- Knowledge of Intercom, Retool, or automation tools (Make/n8n) is a real plus
- Absolute rigor on data quality and comfort with API integration logic
- Ability to integrate AI into daily workflows
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to translate technical topics for non-technical audiences
- Responsiveness, proactivity, and a strong internal customer service mindset
- Collaborative mindset to work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Tech
- Experience managing complex projects and coordinating cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in English
- Proficiency in another language and international experience are a strong plus
