CRM/HRM Integrations Engineer — Build Global Connectors

Light is redefining how financial platforms connect with CRM and HRM systems. We seek an engineer to own CRM/HRM integrations—building connectors, maintaining existing ones, and guiding customers during onboarding to ensure smooth flows of people and sales data into Light.

You'll collaborate with Customer Delivery and Solutions Architecture on connector design, building robust patterns rather than simple support work, and delivering reliable integrations at scale.
