As a CRM Expert – Salesforce, you will be the link between the Product Management team and the delivery team, enabling the company to achieve its goals with Salesforce solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support Product Managers by collecting requirements for complex needs.
• Ensure consistency of the application and solutions proposed across all countries.
• Articulate business requirements with the knowledge of application, business, and technical limitations.
• Provide initial technical feasibility evaluation and help estimate ROI for high‑level prioritisation.
• Participate in ticket ranking, balancing business and technical tickets.
• Contribute to design‑validation meetings, challenge proposed solutions, and help choose between options.
• Balance business value and technical impact to determine the best direction for the application.
• Report directly to the Head of CRM & Marketing Cloud.
