CRM Data Assistant
Braun Management works with executive teams to solve organizational problems that have become too internal to fix. We handle the difficult work of restructuring, addressing underperformance, and clarifying decision rights when corporate systems stop operating effectively.
About the role
Our partner is a leading French industrial corporation navigating a complex operational restructuring. As a CRM Data Assistant, you will play a quiet but significant part in this engagement by ensuring that client data is organized, accurate, and ready for strategic analysis. By keeping our databases meticulously updated, you help the consulting team diagnose organizational friction and build solutions based on solid evidence. This is a junior, entry-level position designed for someone who finds satisfaction in order, accuracy, and clear business data.
What you will do
- Enter, clean, and organize client contact records and organizational data within our central CRM database.
- Review incoming business intelligence reports to update background details on key stakeholder organizations.
- Verify data accuracy against official registries, company websites, and corporate reports.
- Assist in producing simple, clear written summaries of client operational structures for the consulting team.
- Identify duplicate records, outdated titles, and broken links, resolving these inconsistencies systematically.
- Support the coordination of client outreach by preparing targeted partner lists based on specific criteria.
- Document search and data-entry processes to help maintain data-hygiene standards across the team.
What we are looking for
- Excellent written communication skills with a focus on precision and simple, direct language.
- A strong natural attention to detail and a preference for orderly systems of information.
- Interest in how organizations are structured and how complex business systems operate.
- Comfort working with databases, spreadsheets, and online research tools.
- The ability to work independently on repetitive, high-accuracy tasks without losing focus.
- A respectful and professional attitude when handling sensitive partner data.
- Fluency in written English; knowledge of German or French is a helpful asset but not required.
How we work
At Braun Management, we believe that clear writing is a reflection of clear thinking. This role operates under a hybrid working model, blending structured remote work with scheduled in-person collaboration days at our local workspace. We rely heavily on written coordination rather than constant meetings, which allows everyone time to analyze information deeply. Working hybrid gives us the space to think independently while maintaining the personal connections necessary for handling complex client engagements.
What we offer
- A permanent, full-time position with competitive pay designed for those entering the professional consulting sector.
- A structured hybrid schedule that balances collaborative office days of work with focused remote periods.
- Direct exposure to the operations of a professional services firm and complex client projects.
- Internal training on data management tools, basic business analysis, and corporate governance systems.
- All necessary hardware and technology setups for both your home office and our workspace.
By ensuring that our information is reliable, your records will serve as the foundation for critical executive decisions. When leadership teams try to resolve structural friction, they rely on the exact, structured truths you help compile. Your quiet precision behind the scenes makes it possible for our consultants to provide honest, evidence-backed advice to our partners. This role is a direct path to understanding how large enterprises are structured and managed from the ground up.
