This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of CRM and high-volume communications across a growing multi-brand portfolio.You will ensure landlords and tenants receive the right information, through the right channel, at the right time.Working in a fast-paced, product-focused environment, you will manage email operations, audience segmentation and recurring communications at scale.You will help build repeatable systems that make it easy to integrate newly acquired brands into a consistent communications infrastructure.The role combines operational discipline, clear copywriting, data analysis and process improvement with hands‑on CRM execution.You will use automation and AI tools to reduce repetitive work while continuously improving engagement, deliverability and communication quality.This is an ideal opportunity for an organised, self‑directed CRM professional who enjoys creating structure and scalable processes in a high-growth environment.
