Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role mixing remote work, client workshops (North-America + Europe mainly), company seminars (Paris or Bordeaux) and coworking meetups (Paris area + remote).

As a CRM & Cloud Architect, you will design and implement scalable CRM and cloud-based solutions tailored to enterprise needs. Your responsibilities will include consulting with clients, analyzing business processes, collaborating on presales projects, and leveraging CRM technologies to improve customer engagement and workflow efficiencies. The role also involves creating solutions (like Stood Next or Stood Flows) that participate to Stood's value proposition, as well as leading new custom-built alternatives for specific needs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years Proven experience in Solution Architecture and creating scalable, efficient cloud systems & apps
• Expertise in Consulting and fostering client relationships to align solutions with business goals
• Solid understanding of Business Process workflows and customer-centric design
• Experience working with CRM, Enterprise-grade systems or implementing customer relationship-focused solutions
• Tech evangelist with strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Team player & team leader, able to partner with customers and integrators
• "Hands-on" developer willing to impact & to contribute to our growth strategy, leveraging best AI tools to support the Software lifecycle
• Familiarity with Google Cloud, AWS, Azure and other Cloud platform technologies is a plus
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM solutions is a plus
• Fluency in English is required; additional language skills (e.g., French) are advantageous
