Pathlight Community Services is seeking compassionate and motivated individuals to join our team as Crisis Residential Technicians in Ann Arbor. This is a rewarding opportunity to provide support and crisis intervention to individuals in need.

What We Offer

• Competitive pay: $22.20 starting, increasing to $22.70 upon completion of training.
• Sign-on bonus: $250 for new hires, with an additional $250 upon completion of training and staffing requirements.
• Full-Time and Part-time position for Midnights 12a-8a.

What You'll Do

• Maintain a clean and safe living environment.
• Assist residents with daily activities such as cooking, cleaning, laundry, and transportation.
• Provide crisis intervention and support.
• Work as part of a team to assess and meet residents' needs.
• Process an individual client intake on site at the time of client arrival.
• Participate in stabilization/crisis plan for each client.
• Manage the discharge process at the conclusion of the individual’s crisis residential treatment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience working with individuals with severe and persistent mental illness OR an associate's degree or higher in a human services field.
• Must be able to complete the WCCMH medication training and pass the test.
• Experience with staff supervision preferred.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license or ID.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
