Pathlight Community Services is seeking compassionate and motivated individuals to join our team as Crisis Residential Technicians in Ann Arbor. This is a rewarding opportunity to provide support and crisis intervention to individuals in need.
What We Offer
- Competitive pay: $22.20 starting, increasing to $22.70 upon completion of training.
- Sign-on bonus: $250 for new hires, with an additional $250 upon completion of training and staffing requirements.
- Full-Time and Part-time position for Midnights 12a-8a.

What You'll Do
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment.
- Assist residents with daily activities such as cooking, cleaning, laundry, and transportation.
- Provide crisis intervention and support.
- Work as part of a team to assess and meet residents' needs.
- Process an individual client intake on site at the time of client arrival.
- Participate in stabilization/crisis plan for each client.
- Manage the discharge process at the conclusion of the individual’s crisis residential treatment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience working with individuals with severe and persistent mental illness OR an associate's degree or higher in a human services field.
- Must be able to complete the WCCMH medication training and pass the test.
- Experience with staff supervision preferred.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid driver's license or ID.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check.
Recent BSW graduates are welcome! This is a great opportunity to gain valuable clinical experience and hone your skills.
