Requirements
- Previous sales experience, ideally in B2C
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong phone confidence
- Analytical ability to engage in complex conversations and advise borrowers
- Ability to grow your portfolio through client recommendations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn from diverse colleagues
- Highly adaptable and mentally flexible
