Requirements

  • Previous sales experience, ideally in B2C
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and strong phone confidence
  • Analytical ability to engage in complex conversations and advise borrowers
  • Ability to grow your portfolio through client recommendations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Curiosity and eagerness to learn from diverse colleagues
  • Highly adaptable and mentally flexible
